Where can I register and what happens afterwards?

You can register on the Beeward website by clicking on the Register button. It is worth requesting our completely free service, the demo. It describes our experience and the steps you should take after joining.

Once registered, the user will receive an email with a link to activate their access and start setting up the Hive. Once this is done, our new partner will be contacted by phone to help them get started. Once registered, you can try the community app completely free of charge for 30 days.

It's worth requesting a presentation because it covers the most important practical information (e.g. how to run a hive) and we are happy to share our many years of experience with newcomers. For example, we can help you set up a list of rewards for your team.

The initial mentoring becomes really important if a client has not used this kind of software before or is not (sufficiently) familiar with digital HR processes. We therefore strongly recommend requesting a tutorial.

This can be done in several ways. One of the most common forms is the staff meeting or staff meeting, where the workplace manager presents the purpose of the new reward system to the team. This can be used to outline the vision, for example, what positive changes they want to achieve by introducing Beward. These can happen after just one month of use.

We help organisational communication succeed in a number of ways. We provide a Beeward presentation that staff can review when they receive a circular notification of the social platform. If a face-to-face staff meeting and presentation is not possible, this email introducing the system can provide sufficient information, but it is best to keep team members informed in more than one way.

In larger companies (e.g. over 80-100 employees) we do not recommend the implementation for the entire staff, in such cases it is better to try Beeward's services in smaller groups (e.g. 10-20 employees).

This can be done in two ways. In the first case, we receive a spreadsheet from our customers with the data on the users, we process it and then everyone receives an invitation to the e-mail address they have provided. This letter does not, of course, commit you to anything, but it contains a button to activate user access. This step constitutes the registration of the person.

The other method is when our client admin (the "queen" who registers the Hive) does the same. In other words, she enters the details of her staff individually into the system, or sends out invitations by entering an email address.

Each person invited will receive an email and can then decide whether to join Beeward. By clicking on the button in this email, you can activate your user account, which is also your registration.

This can of course happen for a variety of reasons (mistrust, lack of competence, etc.). There are many advantages to using Beeward, but it is not mandatory.

However, in our experience, those who do not join can still feel uncomfortable later on, as they miss out on both the internal communication of the team using the social platform and the benefits and experiences that the system provides. Therefore, there is a chance that they will later change their previous decision to join the Hive. Of course, when setting the monthly fee, we only charge for active (registered) users.

No. The system is completely free to try for one month, so there is no financial investment. Of course, it is very important that new team members are set realistic, achievable goals. It may be that not 1-2 months, but longer, will bring about lasting changes in organisational cooperation and in the motivation level of colleagues.

We will also try to help you communicate during the implementation period. Beeward is not like traditional employer fringe benefits. It is a game that builds on common human qualities to serve noble purposes. There is no greater "risk" in trying our system than that employees will communicate more or listen to each other more during this period.
