Team building, after which the team really works differently!
Why did I become a Beeward Ambassador?
I became a Beeward Ambassador because in my work, I see every day how important it is to have real connection in the workplace.
Many teams could work well, yet there are invisible walls, misunderstandings or simply little real communication. When a team steps out of the familiar environment and into a shared experience, suddenly it starts to work differently: there is more trust, more openness and more collaboration.
I create such situations in my programmes.
Beeward's mission - to build stronger communities and better workplace relationships in companies - is completely in line with what I stand for. That's why I joined as an ambassador: so that more organisations can experience what it's like when a team truly works as a team.
