My goal is to support leaders around the world in creating a culture of recognition. A Beeward is not just a platformbut a mindset, which build real communities.
My mission is to get more leaders to recognise that regular recognition not extra, but one of the most important elements of the team's success.
Why did I become a Beeward Ambassador?
For 20 years, I've been striving to build a team where we listen to and help each other in all walks of life. A cohesive team can meet any challenge, so we have built a community, not a company.
We have grown from 3 people to a 30-person digital agency in Pécs, one of the region's leading players. What I am really proud of is the workplace culture and atmosphere we have created.
This was also appreciated by others: we have won the Workplaces to Love Award six times in recent years and in 2021 we will be involved as a jury in the selection of the winners.From 2023, I will be supporting the YCO digital agency-t.
In 2024, we opened a new chapter: Beeward Ltd was born - another huge flap of the wings, so that our captains can buzz the world with recognition!
