Why did I become a Beeward Ambassador?
I have been working in HR for more than 11 years and have been supporting organisations and leaders as a coach for more than 5 years. I know from experience the power of positive feedback and I also see every day how often this approach is missing or neglected in SMEs.

I am the founder of a company that develops structured, data-driven and results-oriented solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises. performance appraisal systems and HR processes.
