What statistical information does the system provide?
In addition to the most important data (points redeemed, rewards given), it also contains the user ranking. This information can also be filtered by team for a given period (e.g. January-March 2024). The system uses the stored data to help analyse trends within the Hive.
Will I receive a monthly statement?
At the beginning of each month, admins receive an email with information on the key metrics of the hive they represent, as well as the latest reward ideas that have been successfully implemented elsewhere. The email also includes details of team members who are celebrating a birthday or company anniversary, so managers can prepare for surprises for their colleagues in good time.
What is "connections" and why is this feature important?
All the users of the Hive and the relationships between them are plotted on a spider web diagram based on the data in Beeward. This feature is an excellent way to see how much interaction and connectivity there is within the system, who the most influential and active team members are.
It can help managers to draw conclusions and assist them in HR processes (for example, in selecting a successor to a departing colleague in the event of a staff change).
Can I filter for a period?
Yes, this is possible by entering the start and end date within the system.
