Who is Beeward for and who benefits from it?
Our most important target groups are service and commercial companies, institutions and businesses.
Beeward is recommended for anyone who wants to bring a little fun and playfulness into the workplace with a means of recognition and motivation. In this way, the workplace community is not only a nice-sounding name, but also a valuable source of content as a result of the constant attention paid to each other.
How many people / what size teams are recommended?
The minimum proposed number is 10. Below this, the number of interactions with Beeward is too low for staff to benefit from the system. There are some very active teams of 6-8 people though, so if you want to give it a try don't be disqualified if you currently have a team that size.
How should I register for departments, divisions or working groups that are geographically distant from each other?
In many cases, employees of a company may work not only in one building, but in several locations, even in different cities. When joining, the team can be managed as a single entity, without the need to register the departments (and the colleagues working in them) separately.
The effect of Beeward will be seen and felt after a certain time. Experience has shown that work teams are more cohesive and that the number of interactions between employees increases. For larger companies or companies with several sites, it is worth requesting a demonstration so that the details of running the business can be clarified more easily.
Can the app only be used in the business sector?
No, because we are also negotiating with NGOs, sports clubs, educational institutions, among others. Recognition is a motivation for everyone, whether they work in the public or market sector.
It is important for workplace leaders to understand the role of rewards in helping their colleagues to work more effectively.
Is it an in-house development, or is Beeward the local equivalent of a foreign application?
A completely unique Hungarian innovation, the application has been developed in Pécs for years.
Is there a downloadable mobile app?
Currently the app is only available from a web browser. On the other hand, it is possible to install/download the app to your home screen, giving you virtually the same experience as a downloadable version of the app from the store.
Is the app available in other languages, not just Hungarian?
Beeward is currently available in English and Hungarian.
