What rewards can be included in the scheme?

From a book to a shared meal to a favour, the possibilities are endless. Once the user has thought of a reward and uploaded it to the system, they must enter the name of the gift, a short description (with illustration) and how many points it can be redeemed for. We will help our partners with this when they start the system.

The admin can choose from 50 reward suggestions, including prices, which have already been proven in other Hives. Of course, both the price and the description can be changed later for the rewards received.

Yes, on request. A demo can be requested at the time of registration. In this material, our expert colleagues will help you to set up the Hive, share their experience on the implementation and pricing of rewards.

It's also worth checking our website, where several blog posts give guidance on this. Thanks to a database processed by artificial intelligence, one of our articles contains many new reward ideas.

Funding is always the responsibility of our partners (company, institution, corporation, etc.), as is the entire organisation of any reward-related work. Beeward's role is purely advisory, helping you to decide which rewards to consider.

In addition to Beeward's subscription fee, we count on 2000 HUF per user to fund the rewards. Of course, it is up to each team member to decide how and at what pace they redeem their points.

For rewards of small value or virtual rewards, redemption is immediate, but the exception of an extra day off, for example, must be approved by the administrator. He or she will be notified of the request and once the status of rejection or acceptance is set, the user can claim the reward. The redemption process ends with the deduction of points.

Yes. This helps to give recipients an overview of the current status of the reward list, and perhaps also serves as a motivation to strike first on a gift they consider desirable.

Yes, this is a possibility: any reward can be paid to a colleague, but the decision must be justified. The gift redeemed for another team member will be visible on the public interface of the system, on the timeline.

For every company, there are cultural, sporting, leisure and other objectives that they are keen to support. These are usually given a low point value within the Beeward system to make them as attractive as possible to colleagues as an opportunity for reward.

In our social platform, the most popular opportunities are those that are not available elsewhere (e.g. half a day off, collegiate favours, etc.) or that are available at a lower price than the market.

Any colleague can make an anonymous suggestion for a reward, which will be notified to the Queen Bee, who will reject or accept the idea.

In the latter case, it will suggest a point value for the gift and upload it to the system, where it will then be available to everyone. For managers in the workplace, this feature of Beeward is a great opportunity to explore the individual motivations of employees.

The system will notify the user of the rejection and the user will get back the points that the platform has blocked during the assessment.
