Yes, users within a team can see each other's profile pages. The latter includes when the user was Bee of the Month, when they celebrate their birthday, and how long they have been working at their current workplace. The profile pages show which rewards the team member has redeemed most often. This helps other colleagues to tailor their gifts to the recipient as much as possible. The profile pages therefore provide a general overview, but the current status of users' points is confidential and cannot be seen in the system.

This feature is the opposite of the classic gaming system. Instead of the user figuring out what their colleague needs, the colleague can ask the team for any kind of help (administrative tasks, daily errands, etc.). The platform sends a notification about the request—and its urgency—to all team members, and the first person to accept the task will receive the points offered for the favor in question. This only happens after the task has been completed and the requester has confirmed completion. Team members who rarely receive recognition can improve their balance by hunting for points.

How does the "team goals" feature work?

This feature serves to motivate the team in general, with the aim of encouraging members to distribute as many points as possible from their budget. The team goal can be anything from purchasing equipment to redecorating the office or organizing a group outing. As a first step, the team members decide how many points they need to distribute among themselves in order to achieve the goal. From then on, this honey accumulates in the Hive until the desired number of points is reached. Once this happens, the goal is achieved.

What does it mean to be named "Bee of the Month"?

The title of Bee of the Month is awarded to the person who has received the most recognition during that month. This number goes beyond itself, indicating that the honored team member has helped their colleagues the most during that period, or perhaps done something special for the work community. The user's profile picture is highlighted in the system. The Bee of the Month title can be held for one month, but it will also be visible retrospectively on the Hive Member's profile page.
