There is something more you can do, but often you can't find the means. I think Beeward can fill that gap: it gives everyone a platform to not only notice, but to express their gratitude and thanks to the team.
Why did I become a Beeward Ambassador?
In 2006, I got sucked into the world of IT, becoming a software developer and then a lead developer and manager, because I saw that the team, with my help and each other's support, could do more than I could do alone. My passion is to grow and help as many of my colleagues as possible to grow!
I chose my workplace on this basis, too, looking for a place where there is room for this, for supporting each other, where openness accompanies every idea. That's how I became Team Culture Manager and got into a position where I can do this full-time, not in addition to development.
I've had the pleasure of getting to know Beeward as a developer and user and I believe it can provide an online interface that, with the right attention, the team will appreciate.
I recommend that if you have a team now, if you are just practicing working together, as positive feedback will make your culture positive.
However, it can also be a great way for experienced teams to get that "thank you" that they may not have the time or opportunity to say in person during the day.
