When does the subscription start?
On the 30th day after registration, which is also the end of the trial period.
What will I get the bill based on?
The amount of the bill is determined by the type of package chosen and the number of active users.
Can I set up a credit card payment?
Currently this is not possible, our partners pay by bank transfer. The timing (monthly, semi-annual, annual) is a matter of agreement with Beeward.
What payment options are available?
Bank transfer.
Is there a loyalty period?
No, the service can be cancelled at any time.
Which package should I choose?
It depends on the user needs. If you don't want to be informed about the regular statistical information about your team and the latest developments (e.g. Point Hunting, Glory Wall), the smallest Kas package with basic features may be sufficient.
All existing and future modules are already available in our middle, currently most popular package, the Hive.For companies with more than 100 employees, we recommend the Farm package with the option of a custom quote.
Where can I enter my billing details?
This can be done by the admin after registration. Billing details can be uploaded by clicking on Profile in the Edit Company menu after logging into the system.
