Setting an example for the team. A good admin uses the system, often gives recognition, participates in the game. Doesn't build and exercise power, but is an equal teammate of others, fighting for common goals in the same way. The admin's job is to mobilise the
Hive the rewards and manage the ideas for them. You may be tasked with helping to set new team goals.
What should I do about the reward proposals?
It is very important that the person proposing the reward feels that his or her idea is being considered. Therefore, it is expected that the admin will make a negative or positive decision as soon as possible.
Without this, the team member may lose enthusiasm and may be reluctant to give a reward tip next time. If the admin has accepted the suggestion, it is also up to him to determine how many points the new reward is worth in the system.
What should I do with the redeemed rewards?
This only applies to rewards that you are obliged to accept. For example, if someone takes a day off, they should agree with their employer when this should happen.
As an entrepreneur, can I set whether we celebrate a birthday or a company anniversary?
Yes, both can be set up in the system, but if there is no demand for either, the service can of course be switched off. There is also the possibility to send individual text greetings to hive members. You can also set the number of points to be awarded to colleagues celebrating a birthday or company anniversary.
As an admin, can I specify how many points the system should give to new members?
Yes. As an admin, you can set how many beecoin (points) a new employee should start with in the system.
Can I moderate comments?
No.
Can I moderate the scores?
No.
Can I enter points "from outside" the system?
This is not currently possible, except for birthdays and company anniversaries.
