But in fact <strong>it is a strategic issue<\/strong>, which is decided in our day-to-day management - not in marketing materials.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\"You no longer need to recruit good people - you need to keep them. <\/em><br><em>Then they will bring new ones.\"<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why pay attention to this?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Because your colleagues <strong>spend half their waking hours with you.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Because <strong>a good work experience is the strongest recommendation.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Because <strong>retention is always cheaper than recruitment.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Because colleagues <strong>they follow leadership, not corporate slogans.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u2728 Employee experience is the new employer branding<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your vision doesn't matter if your team doesn't feel it<\/strong>. You can write values on the wall, but if they don't show up in decisions, in daily operations, they are not values - they are decoration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\"><strong>Ask yourself:<\/strong><br><em>Would my team recommend this job to a friend today?<br><\/em>If not, then it is not the campaign that needs to be rethought, but the day-to-day management.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udee0\ufe0f 4 concrete steps for leaders to make your brand good for more than just the outside world<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Be present - and not just at status meetings<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Have a weekly 10-minute \"human\" check-in: <em>How are you these days?<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>React to the results - a pat on the back counts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ask, don't just tell.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Have a real feedback culture<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ask for feedback on your own operation (and really listen to it).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acknowledge the little things - success is not just about annual goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\"><em>Beeward tip:<\/em> If a peer-to-peer system also supports recognition, the impact will be even stronger.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.
