Customer and partner relations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The effects of a negative working environment eventually affect customers and partners. Bad atmospheres and tensions are difficult to hide, so customers quickly realise that employees do not like their work and do not want to be there.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A good working atmosphere is perceived in the same way by our customers and partners: it increases<strong>\u00a0their trust in our company<\/strong>, they prefer to work with more willing and motivated employees who are happy to work with each other.
