Not surprisingly, we regularly encounter this issue in many different lights. The question is, of course.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/forbes.hu\/legyel-jobb\/elmaszatolt-generaciok-a-mitosz-amivel-ideje-lenne-leszamolnunk\/\">based purely on age<\/a>&nbsp;generalise about certain groups, but there is no doubt that generational research can help us understand workers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bringing together the general characteristics of generations X, Y and Z&nbsp;<strong>three employee profiles were described in order to<\/strong><strong>take a step closer to group thinking<\/strong>&nbsp;and your needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why is this important?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Knowledge of workers is essential for&nbsp;<strong>increase satisfaction and engagement<\/strong>with the important goal of finding and retaining the people who are valuable to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>To illustrate the differences between the generations, three&nbsp;<\/strong>(fictional)<strong>&nbsp;the average working day of a worker:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Andrea<\/strong>&nbsp;(42)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>commercial manager<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p><em>I have been with the company for 19 years and I am happy with my current position.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>GENERATION<\/strong>: X (1964-1981)<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>FAMILY HOUSE<\/strong>: <strong>She lives in a family house with her husband and two children<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>USE OF TOOLS<\/strong>:<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Desktop: emails, news, webshops;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Smartphones: email, Messenger, Facebook<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>On a typical working day, you...<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6.30<\/strong>&nbsp;Andrea's alarm is sounding. They get up early to&nbsp;<strong>the whole family can get ready in comfort<\/strong>. Breakfast and departure.<br><strong>7.30-8.00<\/strong>&nbsp;He drives to work in his comfortable caravan, dropping the children off at school on the way.<br><strong>8.00-9.00<\/strong>&nbsp;Over a coffee&nbsp;<strong>turns on your office computer and checks your email<\/strong>.<br><strong>9.00-12.00<\/strong>&nbsp;Meetings with colleagues and clients (in person and on the phone).<br><strong>12.00-12.30<\/strong>&nbsp;After meetings, you have lunch with colleagues in the office canteen and then return to work.<br><strong>12.30-16.00<\/strong>&nbsp;You meet clients in the afternoon and finish your office work for the day at the end of the day.<br><strong>16.00-18.00<\/strong>&nbsp;From his workplace, he goes shopping at the well-established department store. Before he gets out of bed, he checks his notifications.<br><strong>8.00-9.30<\/strong>&nbsp;If not&nbsp;<strong>working in a home office<\/strong>, you can drive or cycle to work.&nbsp;<strong>Comfort and speed are key!<\/strong><br><strong>9.30-13.00<\/strong>&nbsp;He works on a laptop in the office and&nbsp;<strong>stay in touch on your smartphone<\/strong>.<br>Reads the news on arrival before starting work, typically manages his\/her own tasks, prefers technological and telecommunication tools that allow flexible working.<br><strong>13.00-14.00<\/strong>&nbsp;When time allows, he quickly grabs a quick lunch, while of course also managing his work with the help of his smartphone.<br><strong>15.00-16.00<\/strong>&nbsp;Once or twice a week, he goes to a nearby gym.<br><strong>16.00-19.00<\/strong>&nbsp;He spends the evening at home, because he took me home from work.
